For more than a quarter of a century, Karlton Jackson has been an influential fixture in the multi-family industry. As CEO of JMG Realty, Mr. Jackson’s primary focus is to ensure that the company upholds the principles, integrity, honesty and character that have been the company’s catalyst for rapid success. These time-earned characteristics have allowed JMG Realty to establish a loyal and expanding client base throughout the years. Mr. Jackson’s involvement begins with locating a viable asset for potential acquisition and continues throughout the acquisition process. He is actively involved with the asset throughout the hold period, which includes rehabilitation, management reorganization and long-term stabilization, culminating in the successful sale of the asset.

Mr. Jackson formed Jackson Management Group, which later became JMG Realty. His previous industry experience includes serving as Divisional President for Johnstown American Companies, where he was responsible for the operations of the Southeastern Division. Before that, Mr. Jackson was associated with Monumental Properties and Cadillac-Fairview, Inc. He has served on numerous state and city apartment associations’ board of directors, NAA and the National Multi-Housing Council.
